Witnesses had heard the recordings of our client's phone calls.
The client heard strange noises in the house.
Our inspection found a wire going from a bedroom phone outlet through the floor to the crawl space under the house.
The strange noises were made by an intruder moving the lid to the crawl space. Once inside the crawl space the phone wire allowed monitoring and recording of all phone conversations.
